Sam
Samuel, a 6 year old boy from Hobart, IN. was struck by a Semi Truck  on his way to kindergarten, Wed. May 16th 2001. 

Sam is in Critical Care at Loyola Medical Center Of Illinois.
He is in very Serious condition with
multiple injuries and is in much need of our
Thoughts, Love, and Prayers.

We are trying  to work together to help Sam and his family in their time of need emotionally, physically and financially.  We are asking you, our community to please help so his parents can continue to be with him and give him all their strength, love and devotion he needs to recover from this tragedy.

100% of the Proceeds  Will Be Donated To the expenses of Sam's recovery.
